Description

Mancos State Park in Southwestern Colorado is a haven for year round recreation. Its dramatic scenery makes this a special place no matter what the season. In the spring, summer and fall, canoeists, kayakers and wakeless power boaters enjoy the calm waters of Jackson Gulch Reservoir. In the winter, hundreds of miles of snowmobile trails await in the San Juan National Forest. Ice fishing, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are also popular activities.
